Twelve original sliding sash windows on a Georgian townhouse — most painted shut, half of them rotten. Removed, repaired, draught-sealed and re-hung.

We took out each pair, stripped and spliced where needed, re-balanced the weights, draught-sealed them and re-hung them.
The windows are now better than when they were first fitted.
